1. U.T.M. Machine

2. Dart Impact test (ASTM-D1709)
Dart impact tester is most popular quality instrument in flexible packaging industries to measure Impact resistance of the films by using free falling dart method. The result will be maximum load (weight) is rupture by film. Dart impact strength insure to product is safe & protect from physical damage.
3. Opacity tester (ASTM-D 1746)
This test method covers to measurement of opacity film& paper by determine the light transmitted through sample. Opacity is just reverse of transparency. Opaque material is do not allow to light pass through them. Opacity = 1-transimittance
4. Gauge meter

The gauge meter is used to check the thickness of film. It is available with 0.001 mm least count. we can check also thickness of paper, foil, pvc , pp, ldpe etc.
5. Weighing Balance
Weighing balance is used to check GSM of film or weight of film. It is available with 0.0001 Gm least count. Maximum capacity of weighing balance is 150 Gm. It is also help us to calculate the density of film, paper etc. It is most common quality instrument in flexible packaging also use in textile & paper industries.
