Material composition

Easy peel films are basically divided into three categories.

Curing:

Curing is a such process where we keep the laminate material at least 24 hrs. in specific temperature to cure the bond strength between layers. Ensure the proper bonding between the layer is required as application of film.

Cutting & Slitting:

When curing of laminate material is complete. Then we can slit in desire size as requirement of Customer.

Application of Easy peel films (Peelable film)

Quality Testing Parameter

Peel strength Test:

ASTM F88 is standard for check the peel strength of peelable film in U.T.M (Universal testing machine). Generally, peel strength is lie between 1.5 -5 N/ 15 mm

Film thickness

A.S.T.M D 6988 is standard for the check the thickness of film with the help of the digital micrometer.

Tensile strength & Elongation

A.S.T.M D 882 is the standard for check the tensile strength & elongation of film. The unit will be in N/mm2 or kg/cm2.

Barrier properties (If applicable)

WVTR (Water vapors transmission rate): ASTM F1249.

OTR (Oxygen transmission rate): ASTM F 3985.
